Well, Banana-man, I can tell you that it depends on what kind of technique you want to learn. I really only know mine.
And for that, you have to be born into it! It takes alot of training, too. Technically, I’m not even a full-blown medium, myself! And here I am supposed to run the village when I get older, isn’t that nuts?

I’m sure fighting bears under waterfalls is training enough for…channeling spirits, right? Heh, ya know, I’ve yet to run into a medium that was anything but a fraud. Not that I’m doubting you.
No cheeseburgers involved, sadly! There aren’t any in the village, so I had to get my fill before training started.
